Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company

The DFDC dancers begin their daily rehearsals with the “Morning Dance”. They dance freely in the studio to their favourite songs, immersing themselves in the improvisational method developed by Ioannis Mandafounis, the company’s artistic director.

Morning Dance @ Night invites all dance enthusiasts to join in such a “Morning Dance” on stage. The evening also offers the chance to freely apply the methods and improvisation techniques learnt in the DFDC’s workshops. For those with no experience, our dance teachers provide regular guidance. Together, we create a space for fun, exchange and connection – see you on the dance floor! 

You can dance in socks, barefoot or in indoor trainers, wearing comfortable, movement-friendly clothing.
